The final meeting of the EU 7th Framework Programme Coordination and Support Action Project EU-RU.NET «Linking R & D Strategies, Foresight and Stimulation of EU-Russia Cooperation in Nanoelectronics Technology» was held in Higher School of Economics, Moscow on May 16, 2012. The main objective of the project is strengthening the EU-Russia cooperation in Nanoelectronics Technology. The project involves experts in the field of nanoelectronics of five Russian and five European leading organizations. The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the results, obtained in the framework of the project, and further plans to develop cooperation in nanoelectronics.
The most important part of the project is the implementation of joint pilot projects in the field of nanoelectronics. Day before, the results of the pilot projects were presented at the EU-RU.NET seminar at the leading industry forum in microelectronics and photovoltaics in Russia “SEMICON Russia 2012”.
